Leading-edge Internet Marketing Techniques

For those people who are engaged in Internet Marketing – whether for their own products or the products of others – the landscape has changed dramatically in the last several years.  Up until 2008 the driving force in internet marketing was the use of published articles.   While it is as important as it ever was, article marketing is now a greatly altered marketing vehicle.   Prior to that point you could write an article using PLR or ‘borrowed’ copy and that was good enough.   You then submitted this article to hundreds of free article directories who would publish it, providing thereby thousands of back links to your site.  

Following that, there was the downstream effect of other, member sites who could then download and/or republish that same article – with the links intact.  In that way, you had the multiplying effect of that one original copy of the article – with the back-links that it provided – plus the added benefit of many more replications of that – with their links to your site.  

While article marketing is still highly critical to IM success, it is a very different landscape now as opposed to just several years ago.   Because of the tendency for cheaters and black-hat marketers to plagiarize and steal published content, along with the infamous replication techniques of publishing the same article on hundreds of directories, Google’s software robots have become quite enhanced.  It is now a given that publishing more than one copy of the same article on the net is a waste of time; Google will give you credit and ‘link juice’ for only one of them.  In addition, Google’s content filters can now detect any of the old, favorite ‘games’ like rearranging paragraphs to arrive at a ‘new’ version of the article.   The result is that any attempt to subvert or circumnavigate around the intent of original content will result in either discounted credit or being sand-boxed.

Therefore, your revised efforts in regard to internet marketing should be in the direction of what is new and powerful.  There are still many ways to multiply the link-effect of specific efforts – i.e. new ways to cheat – but they involve very unique and advanced software. One of them is in auto-submission of Blog Comments and the like.  There are several reputable – albeit expensive – services that will generate thousands of back links using a few established comments or blog posts.  Be sure to always update your windows registry after any serious marketing effort.  You can purchase and download a top registry software package that does this.  They also perform the other registry fix functions that accomplish any needed Registry Repair.

You will also find a whole new wave of article and blog sites that have original content that you can copy – with the caveat of untouched links – and replicate them on your site.

Lastly, there is the exciting and highly-effective category of IM technology called RSS and Hotlink Feeds.   Both of these technologies offer the opportunity to get fresh new and authority-based content onto your site in a continuous and fresh series of updates.  They are expensive but they work.   Do not forget about article marketing.  Remember, you must begin your efforts with original, non-PLR, non-plagiarized article content.

As of October 4, 2012 Fabian Lim (Keyword Research Pro) has reported that the finishing touches are being added to the new version 2.0, hopefully ready for release within days.
This new version will include a Local Keyword Effectiveness Index that will help identify suitable and effective keywords to target for local markets, and the ability to import a (CSV) list of keywords to generate Google Volume and/or Google Competition.
